Bennie and Yolandi got married in Germiston, Gauteng recently. They gave me a call about three weeks before the time and ask them to be their wedding photographer. Luckily I had the weekend open. I met them before the time to see how we get along. I feel that it is very important that the couple and the wedding photographer “click”. If they don’t there will just be added tension…which you don’t need on a wedding day. A part of the photographer’s job is to get the bride in a calm mood. Relax Bride = Nice Photos.
What really strikes me about these two is the good friends that they are. Their photo session was a lot of fun with a lot of jokes.

John jou foto’s is “AMAZING.” Ek het nie eenkeer aan jou talent getwyfel nie, vandat ons jou foto’s die eerste keer op Facebook gesien het, het ons geweet jy is die regte een. Toe ons jou e-mail, het ek vir Louisa gese ek twyfel of jy oop is en jy was. Dis n besturing dat ons jou kon kry op so n kort kennisgewing.Nogmaals dankie,en ons hoor die “grote” is op pad, so alles van die beste vorentoe.
As ek nou Paula was, sou ek gese het dit is fantagories. Jou foto’s is regtig ongelooflik mooi. Mens kry sommer hoendervleis! Dis min mense wat emosie in foto’s kan vasvang en jy het die kuns vervolmaak. Moet nooit ophou met wat jy doen nie. Jy is ‘n meester op die gebied. Se asb ook vir Surika baie dankie. Hoop julle het dit net soveel soos ons geniet. Ons hou die Huisgenoot dop vir die “grote”, soos Bennie dit noem.
