If I spent a day with my best friends having a braai it couldn’t have been more relaxed and enjoyable than Wynand and Carmen’s wedding. Not only did they get married at one of my most favourite wedding venues, Victorian Manor in Cullinan Wynand and Carmen is just the two most relaxed, down to earth and enjoyable people to be around with.
When I got to where Carmen was getting dressed, Wynand was there chatting to Carmen. No tradition like not seeing each other. They were enjoying every second of their big day together. The were all smiles and having the time of their life. And that would set teh tone for the rest of the day. When I didn’t want a smling photo…I had to ASK them to stop smiling. LOL
This two clearly enjoy being around each other, and they are totally in love. Have a look at the 3rd photo. Carmen’s tattoo. Amor, Vincit, Omnia. Translated. Love Conquers All. Enough said. This marriage is going all the way!
We did the phoytoshoot in Victorian manor’s lovely gardens, and then went to Cullinan’s station to get a few photos there as well. We had some beautiful light to work with, and of course the beautiful happy couple.
Back at the reception they did their first dance the moment they walked in, after that a few speeches. And then it was time for Victorian manor’s delicious food, and the guests to party.
Carmen and Wynand. Stay JUST the way you are. You are lovely people. And it was AWESOME to spend the day with you.
