Diep in die Berg in Pretoria, the setting of another beautiful wedding. This time it was Liaan and Chané tying the knot! We arrived at Diep in die Berg the morning to photograph the bride, and found her completely relaxed, not a sign of any nerves, a very rare thing for a bride. She was obviously content of enjoying every second and not let nerves spoil the day for her.
You should have seen her dad’s face when he saw her, and heard him when he talked about his daugher later on, he was clearly VERY proud of his beautiful daughter.
They say if it rains on your wedding day then you are blessed, if this is true then Chaneé and Liaan’s wedding are going to be VERY blessed. It started raing during the ceremony, and almost did’t stop. After the ceremony the bride and groom and guests had to run under umbrellas to where the drinks were served, and despite the rain you still you couldn’t get the smile off Chané’s face.
We started with the reception immediately because of the rain, no time to take photos. Halfway through the speeches it stopped raining for a short while, we immediately ran out and took some photos, 30 minutes later it start raining again and we continued with the reception. yet, everyone were enjoying every second of Liaan and Chané’s wedding, dancing, partying and catching up with old friends.
