Johan and Adel got married at the beautiful Fatherland Estate in Brits.
It was a very cloudy and overcast day so the rain would be a challenge. Luckily the rain held out long enough for the family photos and couple shoot.
Johan and Adel are very nice people and easy to get along with. We had so much fun at their wedding. They had a very intimate wedding for only close family and friends.
Adel’s bridesmaids, mother in law and mother had no idea what her dress looked like so the dress reveal was very emotional for all parties involved. Luckily one of Adel’s bridesmaids was nearby with the tissues to save the makeup.
Johan was still watching the rugby game between England and New Zealand when we went to photograph him. Needless to say, he is a very down to earth and relaxed person complete with vellies and khaki shorts.
The reception held its own surprises.
Johan performed a very moving and surprise song for Adel. I must admit that he did a very good job and had her in tears the whole song.
We hope you enjoyed your wedding as much as we did Johan and Adel. It was so wonderful to have worked with you. I am honored to have been a part of your special day.
