John-Michael and Annabel
To know them is to love them. It’s strange how quickly things change in your life. The morning of the wedding I’ve hardly known them. By the end of the evening I was totally impressed by these two awesome, talented human beings that have such a deep love for each other. They are special people. Very special. And they belong together.
People get married for lots of different reasons, and then you get people that get married because they really, really want to be together, like John-Michael and Annabel.
They got married at Green Leaves next to Hartbeespoort dam. The perfect setting for their perfect wedding.
There was a lot of nerves before the wedding. You could see that especially John-Michael was very tense. I could hardly get him to stand still for long enough to focus for a shot.
But this nerves was gone when his beautiful bride walked down the isle on the arm of her dad with her brother playing the wedding march on the piano. You could then see on the faces of Annabel and John-Michael how much they love each other and how they are looking forward to their life together. They were smiling, laughing and crying at the same time.
They cut the cake directly after the church ceremony and we slipped away for photos while the guests were having cocktails in the shadow of the majestic Magaliesberg.
The rest of the wedding was a VERY enjoyable affair, even for me that photograph a LOT of weddings. They have the most awesome guests, the speeches was really cool, and everyone had an awesome time.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful wedding day with me Annabel and John-Michael. I pray that the erst of your life will be just as awesome as your wedding were.
