I just love this quote. It is so applicable to me. My life changed the day I became a photographer. Suddenly everything fall into place. My life had a purpose. I photographed this scene in the Karoo in SA. For me the most beautiful place in the world. The stillness around you, the size of it, everything is so minimalistic, the air smell fresh…and the people walk to strangers in the street and greet them. (Dr. Chris Barnard was born (and his ashes buried) close to where this photo was taken.(After everything he achieved in life, after he conquered the world and changed medical history, his tombstone simply say…I came back home!)
