What a wedding, what a couple. The most enthusiastic bride I have EVER seen! When I first met Lydia she had a book as thick as an encyclopedia full of pictures with ideas for her wedding. She told me so much about her fantastic fiancee that it was clear that she REALLY love him. I wondered what it would be like to meet this guy, surely he can’t be as nice as she said? Well, he was… I really like De Clercq. He and Lydia is a match made in heaven. There wedding was held at Olympus Stream in Pretoria. The food was excellent, and everything looked just perfect. All their loved ones was there except for Lydia’s brother, Elvis Blue, who was competing in the SA Finals. But he did send a beautiful message for his sister!
It was one of my most enjoyable weddings ever to photograph, not only because of Lydia’s enthusiasm, but also because of De Clercq and his friends excellent sense of humour. Thanks De Clercq and Lydia, it was an honour to photograph your wedding.
