It took a couple of months to finally get Shoki and Buyambo in front of my camera. At first, we were going to photograph their wedding in April 2020. Then Covid struck and South Africa went into lockdown. We eventually photographed their wedding in December 2020. But before this, we met them at Kievits Kroon in Pretoria for a pre-wedding shoot.
