Sacha and Luanne got married at the beautiful Cradle Valley Lodge in Mulderdrift. Always a firm favorite of mine. It was an intimate gathering of close friends and family. Even the ceremony was officiated by one of Sacha’s groomsman. Talking about the ceremony. Everything went well, until the minister asked for the rings to be brought forward. There was frantic looks exchanged between the groom and the groomsmen, and the Sacha burst out laughing and said the rings weren’t there. I thought he was joking, but he wasn’t. They left it in the room where they got dressed. One guy ran to the room to fetch the rings, and came back after a while and say he couldn’t find it. A second guy went to look for the rings. And manage to find it and bring it back. We could continue.
We all enjoyed the photo shoot all over the beautiful gardens of Cradle Valley Lodge. Until it started raining and we had to run inside.
The evening was a joyous occasion with the most unbelievable lamb shank I have ever eaten.
Sacha is a very extroverted guy, and his speech was the best I have ever heard from a groom.
Sacha & Luanne. You are such a beautiful “feel good” kind of couple. Enjoy married life and thanks for allowing us to capture your precious memories.
