I photographed Stone Cradle wedding venue last month, they needed new photos for their website. The owners decided to put a big effort into marketing Stone Cradle as a wedding venue. This is of course a stunning idea, this venue is beautiful, lots of places to take photos, the food is out of this world…and it is just outside Pretoria. Everything I would want in a wedding venue if I was looking for one.
First we had to find a couple to photograph. I immediately thought of my sister in law, Mariska Daniels and her husband Craig. They got married 3 years ago. She is a beautiful woman, and hubby Craig looks very handsome on photos. When I photographed their wedding at Mellow Oaks 3 years ago we couldn’t take alot of photos as it was raining the whole afternoon. So I knew they won’t mind.
My wife Surika went with to look after their little baby Marc who is 4 months old. It was actually a lot of fun for them to put on a nice suit and beautiful wedding dress supplied by Bride & Co and pose for wedding pics if you’ve been married for three years already.
We also needed someone to do the decorating of the mock wedding table. And who better than the ladies from Red Ruby Events, Louinette and Lisa. You will have to go far to find better wedding planners in Gauteng. Well done ladies, you did a splendid job…yet again!
