Senisha is one bride that didn’t have to practise a new signature for after her wedding. her maiden name is Moodley, and so is her new husband Rishen’s surname! I just love traditional Indian weddings, The colours are so beautiful, and I just love the ceremony. I don’t think a lot of people actually know exactly what is the meaning of all the rituals, but it surely is very interesting.
Rishen and Senisha didn’t want to keep their guests waiting after the ceremony while they are busy with a photo shoot, so they did the shoot before the ceremony. Not something that happens a lot nowadays. their wedding was at the beautiful Valverde Eco Hotel in Muldersdrift one of my all time favourite wedding venues. I just love the old truck that the venue got, it surely is nice to take photos around it.
A special moment between Rishen and Senisha during the shoot, forgetting for a moment that I’m there photographing them.
These gents are making sure they don’t get thirsty during the long ceremony that is about to start!
The bride putting the groom’s boutonniere on before the wedding ceremony, that’s not something you see every day!
Our first dance together! Special. Just look at the love in Senisha’s face!
And…time to party. And can this lot party.
And what is a good party without some shooters? Mr And Mrs Moodley enjoying one together.
