At the end of November I got a nervous call from Christine. Her previous photographer has decided he is not photographing weddings any more and she was looking for a wedding photographer. My wedding that was already booked for the same date as her’s cancelled less than twelve hours earlier because the couple broke up. I truly believe that it was meant to be that I had to photograph their wedding.
The bride and groom are two lovely people that deserve all the good things in life that’s coming their way. I was there at one o clock to start photographing when the bride starts with her hair and make-up. I like to be so early…it gives me a chance to bond with the bride when things aren’t so hectic yet and to put her at ease with the camera .

Our photoshoot nearly rained out. We had to sit and wait in the car twice for the rain to subside. Christine was very game to do everything I asked her, walked into the wet veld etc etc.
I am still editing her photos but promised to load two or three photos so long…Wilna, the bridesmaid , is very curious to see them! Here they are.
I will load the rest of the photos within a week Wilna!
